I recently went to a tea tasting, and learned that I have been doing tea all wrong. Did you know that the water temperature actually does matter? I mean I’ve seen the suggestions on tea boxes, but never really thought much about it. But oh man was I wrong. Tea made brewed with the right temperature water tastes much better than just fully boiled water. I have been busy practicing getting the water the right temperature before steeping my tea.
I currently have writer’s block. When that happens that little voice of doubt starts to creep in, telling me things like “this is crap” “you’re an awful writer” and “you just forget about it”. I’ve been doing my best to ignore it and push the thoughts away, that little voice is making it harder for me to shake off the writer’s block. I have been practicing with that whole photography thing while I am not able to write, so I’ll share a few of those pictures.
